• Free initial consultation/interview

• 1st prenatal meeting: in-depth birth envisioning

• 2nd prenatal meeting: birth preferences,  planning, and interventions.

• Unlimited email, text, and phone support for questions and a safe place to vent  

• On-call services 'round the clock from 36 weeks until the birth of your baby!

• Continuous labor support, from early labor all the way through the birth of your baby

• Evidence-based and judgment-free information throughout your labor and delivery, as well as our assurance that we will help inform you through any unplanned or proposed interventions

• Up to 16 hours of in-person labor support {additional hours beyond 16 will be billed at the hourly rate of $25/hour}

• In person Postpartum support for 1-2 hours following the birth​

• Phone and email postpartum support for 4 weeks

• 1 in person or virtual Postpartum visits, whichever you prefer, to talk through your birth, assist with the transition to new parenthood, and/or offer lactation support.
